Volunteer Opportunities

The activities of the AMTA-NJ Chapter operate because of volunteers. Each of the board officers and committee chairs are volunteers, as are committee members. While some positions require a prerequisite of experience and time, most of the volunteer opportunities do not. Your chapter board and committee chair person(s) are always willing to train new volunteers. Sometimes, volunteers have prior experience, skills, or hobbies that will enhance the chapter. If you would like to get involved in any of the committees, please let us know. You can e-mail the committee chair person, or any one of your board members. Volunteer opportunities vary from just an hour or two during a chapter event, to one hour a week, to a few months, to a year.
